More information about this product:
Singing bowls, also known as Tibetan singing bowls, are traditional musical instruments used in Tibetan and Buddhist rituals. Their sound is considered healing and has the ability to harmonize body and mind.
The Medicine Buddha relief is regarded as the Buddha of healing and medicine, focused on curing physical and mental illnesses. His teachings center on compassion, wisdom, and healing.
The recitation of the Medicine Buddha mantra is seen as an effective way to invoke his healing power. The main mantra goes "Tadyatha Om Bhekandze Bhekandze Maha Bhekandze Radza Samudgate Soha".

Usage:
Playing the bowl: A wooden mallet is used for playing, which is rubbed around the rim of the bowl, creating a distinctive sound.
Meditation and relaxation: The sound of a singing bowl can assist in meditation, improving concentration and relieving stress.

Hand-hammered singing bowls:
Each singing bowl is carefully hand-hammered. After the desired shaping of individual bowls is completed, the individual work begins - final fine-tuning and shaping. The individual singing bowls are then chiseled and scrubbed for the final finish on the inside and outside.
Notice: All our handmade singing bowls are sorted by weight. The stated diameter is an approximate figure to give a general idea of the bowl's width.
