This highest quality crystal singing bowl is made of pure quartz powder, which is heated to over 1700 degrees Celsius. During heating, the individual particles of quartz powder integrate and subsequently form into a bowl. These chakra bowls contain selected tones (from the root chakra to the crown chakra): C, D, E, F, G, A & B. The outside is adorned with a colored lotus that corresponds to the chakra tone.

Cleaning Instructions: Clean with lukewarm water on a lint-free cloth. If necessary, use a gentle cleaning agent. Attention: The dye is not water-resistant.

Instructions for playing the crystal singing bowl: Always place on a rubber ring to achieve stability and better sound. Using the stick, gently strike the outer edge three times. Now quietly rub the outer edge of the bowl in any direction using the neutral suede, rubber or silicone end of the stick until the desired vibrations are created. Change the angle and speed for different tones. Remove the stick for long-lasting resonance of the bowl and experience the sound energy resonating in your body.

What not to do with crystal singing bowls: Do not strike the bowl too hard and play too loudly. Unlike metal bowls, these crystal bowls can easily break, so handle them carefully. Do not play two or more bowls in very close proximity to each other (at least 30 cm distance between them); this could cause the bowl to break. Do not throw the stick – or any other heavy object – into the bowl. Never place a person's head inside a crystal bowl during playing. Do not strike or play the crystal bowl too loudly near a person's head/ears.
