In this category, you will find hand-beaten therapeutic Tibetan singing bowls. They are tuned to the tones corresponding to individual chakras. They are made in traditional authentic workshops in India and Nepal.
You will find bowls tuned to 432 Hz and also with modern tuning at 440 Hz.
Opinions on which tuning is suitable vary. From our experience, we recommend choosing 432 Hz bowls if you want to use them directly for therapy or self-healing, and 440 Hz if you want to connect with other instruments that are tuned in standard modern tuning.
However, the most important thing in music therapy is not tuning but intention, relaxation, and inner peace - the purity of the musician or therapist who plays the bowls.
You can also use the bowls for self-healing if you know where your chakras are located.
From our long-term experience with music therapy and energies, we know that bowls work best when combined with Sahaja Yoga meditation in which you will learn all about your chakras and awakening of inner energy kundalini (achieving a state of self-realization). Sahaja Yoga is the highest Yoga - Maha Yoga. When practicing Sahaja Yoga, you will feel which of your chakras are out of balance and with the techniques of Sahaja Yoga and music therapy your condition will improve.
