It comes with a mallet and a rubber ring for stability and optimal sound. Different mallets produce different sounds, so it is recommended to order various mallets separately. Note: However, never use a wooden mallet with crystal bowls!
These top-quality crystal singing bowls are made from pure quartz powder, which is heated to over 1700 degrees Celsius. During heating, individual particles of quartz powder integrate and are subsequently formed into a bowl. On the outside, they are decorated with a colorful lotus corresponding to the chakra tone.
Instructions for playing the crystal singing bowl: Always place it on the rubber ring to gain stability and better sound. Gently strike the outer edge three times with the mallet. Now quietly rub the outer edge of the bowl in any direction using the neutral suede, rubber or silicone end of the mallet, until the desired vibrations are created. Change the angle and speed for different tones. Remove the mallet for a long-lasting resonance of the bowl and experience sound energy resonating in your body.
Assembling a set of 7 chakra singing bowls: You can decide for yourself how you want to assemble a set of 7 chakra bowls. For example, use 20 cm bowls for higher tones and 30 cm bowls for chakras 6 and 7. Larger bowls have a deeper sound and the sound lasts longer. However, you can also take 7 bowls of the same diameter, one for each chakra. Everything depends on your preferences.
What not to do with crystal singing bowls: Do not strike the bowl with too strong a blow and playing too loudly. Unlike metal bowls, these crystal bowls can easily break, so handle them carefully. Do not play two or more bowls very close to each other (at least 30 cm distance between them); this could cause the bowl to break. Don't throw the mallet into the bowl - or any other heavy object. Never place a person's head in a crystal bowl during play. Do not strike or play a crystal bowl too loudly near a person's head/ears.
Cleaning instructions: Clean with lukewarm water on a lint-free cloth. If necessary, use a mild cleaning agent. Caution: The dye is not waterproof.
